The hook device, which is flexible or not, and the pulley has no stumble and friction; the limit action and grip block are loose or not, and the limit switch is sensitive and reliable or not; the wire rope has some phenomenon of loose rope, odd lot,buckling,and broken wire or not, it has moderate grease or not;whether the rope guide is loose,damaged or shed,and whether the brake is abnormal or it has abnormal system noise; up, down,left and right operation buttons are sensitive and reliable or not.

     Monthly inspection
Whether the condition of drum shell weld has distortion, exfoliation and other abnormal situation;
Whether the action state of contactor has contact adhesive or other abnormalities; the cable and the button are abnormal or not;whether the hook device has crack, abnormal wear or abnormal deformation of the hook; whether the pulley has noticeable wear; whether the shell has scar or not; whether the fasteners are loose or replaced as well as the ends of the rope.

Quarter inspection
Whether the contactor has serious burn or abrasion and other abnormalities;whether the brake hoop has serious abrasion; whether the active wheel gear is well lubricated and whether the tread or the rim of the wheel is wearing, adding grease to replace the wheel; whether the cable has any injury, abnormal bending or torsion and aging; the connection of cable is loose or not; whether the suspension loop is off track; whether the gearbox of electric car and the connecting bolt of the running motor are loose or replaced; whether the opening pin on the double head of the car is broken or broken off , and then replaced and fixed;the mounting bolts of the raised motor are loose or not; whether the balance pulley is smooth and flexible.
Annual inspection
Whether the active wheels,running wheels have cracks or bruises; whether the teeth, tread and rim are seriously damaged;whether the uneven wear of the wheel groove of the pulley is more than the bottom of the 3mm;whether the wall is wearing more than 10% of the thickness of the original wall;whether all the circuits insulation resistance is lower than 1.5mv, and check electric circuit.
